Well, it’s 2009. Happy New Year everyone! New year, new start I suppose.
Currently very addicted to Football Manager, It’s all I’ve done this week. Trying to cultivate Birmingham City into a formidable force and in season five, back in the Championship and looks like I will be finishing 3rd. Bolton are romping away with the title at the moment so, its a fight between me and Q.P.R. Still, it’s a nice way of making GOOD use of your holiday!
Christmas eve gig went well and wrapped up the 2008 gigging schedule nicely. The first gig of 2009 for me is with the new band Captain Horizon on Saturday 31st January. Very much looking forward to it.
I’ve not really made any new years resolutions this year. I suppose the only one I will make is to actually use the full functions of my new phone. Which is quite an awesome peice of kit. The HTC Touch HD.
Tomorrow I’m meeting up with josh to disccuss some band stuff, then I might float down the road to the Chestnuts to watch Ricardo play and then Saturday of out with Kim as she’s leaving the country for a little while..
